Team Corner: Derrich Koglin

We want to take a minute to select a particular individual on the MC Shine Cleaning and Restoration team. Derrich Koglin has been with MC Shine since 2018. If you have been a long-time MC Shine customer, chances are you have already had the pleasure of meeting him over the years! He started with MC Shine doing janitorial services, and from there, he climbed the ladder and worked extremely hard! He now oversees all of our carpet cleaning services! He is also an IICRC Certified team member and a first responder for our restoration department. One of the things that we see daily from Mr. Koglin is his honesty and desire to take care of each one of his customers at a high standard. He has not been given a challenge, either internally or out in the field, that he has not overcome. We are proud and lucky to have him on our MC Shine team.
